What the site collects
No accounts, no tracking
This website does not ask you to register, does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run any third-party tracking or advertising scripts.
Fonts are loaded from Google
Page typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which makes your IP address visible to Google in the ordinary course of serving the file. Nothing else on the page is shared.
Standard hosting logs
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time of request, page requested — as part of running and securing the site. These are not used to profile you.
Enquiries you send us
If you telephone, message or email the clinic, we hold what you send in order to answer you and to arrange an appointment. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone outside the clinic.
Your medical information
Case records are confidential
The case history taken at your consultation is a medical record. It is kept confidential and used to treat you, in line with a doctor's professional obligations.
Photographs need your consent
Clinical photographs are taken only where they are useful to your treatment. Publishing any photograph — including before-and-after images — requires your signed written permission for that specific use, and you may decline without it affecting your care.
